全球制造與供應(yīng)鏈管理碩士項(xiàng)目（Master in Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management）是由加拿大麥吉爾大學(xué)與浙江大學(xué)兩所著名高校聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)的碩士項(xiàng)目，基于加拿大麥吉爾大學(xué)的制造管理碩士項(xiàng)目 (MMM)和浙江大學(xué)工商管理碩士(MBA)項(xiàng)目設(shè)立而成。完成該項(xiàng)目學(xué)習(xí)的研究生將獲得兩所大學(xué)所頒發(fā)的兩個(gè)碩士學(xué)位。

GMSCM項(xiàng)目致力于培養(yǎng)專(zhuān)業(yè)的復(fù)合型人才，為制造業(yè)、服務(wù)業(yè)、物流業(yè)、 金融業(yè)等各行業(yè)培養(yǎng)核心管理人員與創(chuàng)業(yè)者。課程覆蓋工商管理與供應(yīng)鏈管理的專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)，培養(yǎng)具有國(guó)際視野、面向全球供應(yīng)鏈的管理者與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者。課程還設(shè)置行業(yè)模塊，通過(guò)企業(yè)參訪與案例分析等實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)，幫助學(xué)生實(shí)現(xiàn)理論轉(zhuǎn)換， 洞察產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展前沿，提升自身綜合能力。

當(dāng)前，新冠疫情在許多國(guó)家仍未緩解，受其影響貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義再度抬頭，導(dǎo)致全球供應(yīng)鏈正遭遇嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。同時(shí)，越來(lái)越多的人也認(rèn)識(shí)到，如果不能維護(hù)全球供應(yīng)鏈穩(wěn)定，世界經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇將無(wú)從談起。面對(duì)如此挑戰(zhàn)我們?cè)撊绾巫觯吭谛聦W(xué)期的開(kāi)始，浙江大學(xué)全球制造與供應(yīng)鏈管理碩士項(xiàng)目學(xué)術(shù)主任壽涌毅教授以“sharpen your meta-cognition and make the right choices” 為題，與大家談?wù)勊乃伎肌?/p>

Make right choices

Now it is year 2022 and we all hope that it will not be year 2020 too. Although it is an even more VUCA world and enormous challenges can be anticipated, particularly in many industries and global supply chains, I still believe there are unchanging universal laws and that is why I express the following two wishes to our MBA students.

First, sharpen your meta-cognition, so you can improve your learning efficiency and effectiveness. Think about your thinking. Have a growth mindset and get used to critical thinking. Reflect upon what you have learned (from our MBA program) and practiced till now. Double-loop learning could lead to the ultimate solutions to many puzzles in this brave new world.

Second, please aim high and make the right choices, although there are seemingly insurmountable challenges for all of us. Do the right things and do things right. You can have your free will. Never give yourself to the dark side. You can be your own hero even in this turbulent era. Please keep in your mind: “There is only one heroism in the world: to see the world as it is, and to love it.”
