Call for Research Participation！

可持續(xù)社會(huì)價(jià)值全球開(kāi)放研究計(jì)劃（簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)“SSV開(kāi)放計(jì)劃”）由清華大學(xué)可持續(xù)社會(huì)價(jià)值研究院發(fā)起并主辦。SSV開(kāi)放計(jì)劃旨在推動(dòng)全球?qū)W術(shù)界在可持續(xù)社會(huì)價(jià)值領(lǐng)域的合作與研究。該計(jì)劃面向全球?qū)W者（學(xué)術(shù)研究人員、研究機(jī)構(gòu)及非營(yíng)利組織），邀請(qǐng)他們提交關(guān)于可持續(xù)社會(huì)價(jià)值核心理念及實(shí)踐應(yīng)用的研究課題，并資助入選計(jì)劃的項(xiàng)目開(kāi)展研究工作。

The Global Open Research Program on Sustainable Social Value (SSV Open Program) is initiated and hosted by the Institute for Sustainable Social Value (SSV), Tsinghua University. The SSV Open Program is open to individual researchers, research institutions, and nonprofit organizationsworldwide. It invites scholars worldwide to submit research proposals related to the fundamental concepts and practical applications of sustainable social value, and offers funding to selected projects.

研究院將重點(diǎn)支持該領(lǐng)域具有前沿性、交叉性、創(chuàng)新性及開(kāi)發(fā)應(yīng)用前景的原創(chuàng)性研究；并通過(guò)探索可持續(xù)社會(huì)價(jià)值的共創(chuàng)路徑，為實(shí)際社會(huì)問(wèn)題提供創(chuàng)新解決方案。

It supports original and forward-thinking research projects with interdisciplinary and application potential in the field of sustainable social value. Projects that explore co-creation pathways and provide innovative solutions to real-world challenges.

二、評(píng)審標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與入選說(shuō)明

Evaluation Criteria and Selection Guidelines

SSV開(kāi)放計(jì)劃的評(píng)審標(biāo)準(zhǔn)將根據(jù)學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)新性與科學(xué)性、社會(huì)價(jià)值與影響、操作性與研究基礎(chǔ)等核心維度進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)定，確保所選研究項(xiàng)目不僅具備學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)新性，還能夠產(chǎn)生實(shí)際的社會(huì)與環(huán)境效益，推動(dòng)可持續(xù)社會(huì)價(jià)值的研究與應(yīng)用；

The evaluation criteria for the SSV Open Program will be comprehensively assessed based on core dimensions such as academic innovation and scientific rigor, social value and impact, feasibility, and research foundation.

SSV開(kāi)放計(jì)劃每年資助項(xiàng)目不超過(guò)20個(gè)，單個(gè)項(xiàng)目資助額度10萬(wàn)-45萬(wàn)（人民幣）。具體項(xiàng)目最終資助額度由評(píng)審委員會(huì)終審討論后確定。

The SSV Open Program will fund no more than 20 projects each year, with individual project funding ranging from 100,000 to 450,000 RMB. The final funding amount for each project will be determined through the final review by the evaluation committee.

三、申請(qǐng)流程、材料與時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)

2025年度SSV開(kāi)放計(jì)劃將按照以下時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行，確保每個(gè)申請(qǐng)都能經(jīng)過(guò)嚴(yán)格且公正的評(píng)審：

The 2025 SSV Open Program will follow the timeline below to ensure that each application undergoes a rigorous and fair evaluation process:

1.申請(qǐng)指南發(fā)布2025.7.01

申請(qǐng)者需要根據(jù)“申報(bào)指南”內(nèi)容準(zhǔn)備相關(guān)申請(qǐng)材料。

Applicants must prepare relevant application materials based on the content of the “Application Guidelines.”

2.申請(qǐng)材料提交2025.7.01-8.31

申請(qǐng)者提交《可持續(xù)社會(huì)價(jià)值全球開(kāi)放研究計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目申請(qǐng)書(shū)》（中英文）至清華大學(xué)可持續(xù)社會(huì)價(jià)值研究院：ssv@mail.tsinghua.edu.cn

Applicants should submit the Application Form (in both Chinese and English) to the Institute for Sustainable Social Value at Tsinghua University via email:ssv@mail.tsinghua.edu.cn

3.初審（形式審查）2025.9.1-9.15

研究院進(jìn)行形式審查，確保符合要求的申請(qǐng)材料通過(guò)初審。

Initial Screening - Formal Review 2025.09.01 - 09.15

The institute will conduct a formal review to ensure that submitted materials meet the requirements for the program.

4.通訊評(píng)審（專(zhuān)家盲審）2025.9.15-10.15

評(píng)審專(zhuān)家對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行盲審，并提供意見(jiàn)和建議。

Peer Review - Blind Expert Review2025.09.15 - 10.15

Experts will conduct blind reviews of the projects and provide feedback and recommendations.

5.終審（評(píng)審委員會(huì)）2025.11

評(píng)審委員綜合評(píng)審，最終確定入選的項(xiàng)目及資助金額。

Final Review - Evaluation Committee2025.11

The evaluation committee will conduct a comprehensive review and finalize the selection of projects and their funding amounts.

6.發(fā)布入選結(jié)果2025.12.01

SSV研究院公布入選項(xiàng)目名單，并向所有入選項(xiàng)目發(fā)放資助通知。

Announcement of Selected Results2025.12.01

The SSV Institute will announce the list of selected projects and issue funding notifications to all successful applicants.
