第十三屆國(guó)際中國(guó)規(guī)劃學(xué)會(huì)（IACP）年會(huì)：共享城市：新城市規(guī)劃面臨的挑戰(zhàn)與對(duì)策（中國(guó)·成都）

我們誠(chéng)摯地邀請(qǐng)您投稿并參加第十三屆國(guó)際中國(guó)規(guī)劃學(xué)會(huì)年會(huì)。

會(huì)議主題

改革開放四十年來，中國(guó)城市建設(shè)的成就舉世矚目，但伴隨著城市的快速發(fā)展與蛻變，一系列的城市問題緊隨其后。例如區(qū)域發(fā)展水平不協(xié)調(diào)、城市病顯現(xiàn)、城市治理水平不高、城市管理制度待優(yōu)化、社區(qū)發(fā)展滯后、資源分配不均、功能空間不合理、城鄉(xiāng)二元化加劇等。

新時(shí)代的中國(guó)以“共享”作為最重要的發(fā)展理念之一，旨在讓全體人民共享改革開放和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的成果，促進(jìn)社會(huì)的公平、和諧、包容發(fā)展，共享是求解“新矛盾”的一把鑰匙。目前，共享經(jīng)濟(jì)正在交通出行、房屋住宿、公共服務(wù)、工作組織、教育模式等領(lǐng)域迅猛發(fā)展，“共享”理念正逐漸成為社會(huì)新風(fēng)尚。而共享經(jīng)濟(jì)模式的發(fā)展不僅與科學(xué)技術(shù)息息相關(guān)，更關(guān)乎到城市與社會(huì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。城市發(fā)展要素資源逐步共享化，必然對(duì)城市運(yùn)作模式、城市發(fā)展趨勢(shì)、城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)演變、城市更新治理、城市生產(chǎn)生活方式帶來影響。如何以“共享”理念引導(dǎo)城市發(fā)展、解決城市問題，如何在城市規(guī)劃中利用“共享”理念提升民眾獲得感和幸福感，滿足人民日益增長(zhǎng)的美好生活需要，已經(jīng)成為中國(guó)城市發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵挑戰(zhàn)。

秉承“共享”的發(fā)展理念，積極借鑒國(guó)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)，對(duì)當(dāng)今城市熱點(diǎn)問題進(jìn)行探討有助于推動(dòng)中國(guó)城市由高速增長(zhǎng)轉(zhuǎn)向高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。本次年會(huì)誠(chéng)邀來自中國(guó)和世界各地的學(xué)者、規(guī)劃師、工程師和政府管理人員進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)交流，分享國(guó)內(nèi)外城市規(guī)劃的先進(jìn)理念與杰出經(jīng)驗(yàn)，共同探討當(dāng)今中國(guó)城市發(fā)展面臨的挑戰(zhàn)、機(jī)遇以及應(yīng)對(duì)方法。

Sharing Cities:

Challenges and Responses to New Urban Planning

The 13th International Association for China Planning (IACP) Conference

You are cordially invited to submit abstracts to the 13th IACP Conference.

Conference Theme

Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago, China has achieved great success in economic and urban development. Nevertheless, the rapid development has been accompanied with some challenges, including uncoordinated regional development, urban illnesses, inefficient urban governance and management, a lack of community services, unequal allocation of resources, ineffective functional spaces, and intensifying urban-rural dual structure.

In the new era, “sharing” has become one of the most important development concepts. Aiming at sharing the benefits of the reform and opening up, this new concept can stimulate economic development among all population groups and promote social justice, harmony, and inclusive development. Sharing is a key to solving “new contradictions”. The sharing economy has boomed in many sectors, including transportation, housing, public services, and education. It is also tightly connected with the sustainable development of society. Sharing the resource elements of urban development will inevitably influence institutional operation, spatial structure, urban renewal, urban production cycle, and urban-regional governance. Planning “sharing” cities can guide future development, address urban problems, enhance citizen satisfaction and happiness, and meet the growing demands for a high-quality life.

Chinese cities are transitioning from high-speed growth to high-quality development. In the process, urban planning in China should focus on developing “sharing” cities, learn from international experiences, and address hot issues. Therefore, this conference invites scholars, planners, engineers, and government officials in China and abroad to share knowledge and experiences as well as to explore coping strategies for challenges and opportunities for urban development in China.

Please submit your paper abstract of 200-300 words, in English only*,by February 1, 2019. Please refer to the template on the last page.

Please select ONE of the fifteen tracks and submit your abstract ONLY to that track.

When you submit, please enter the names and contact information of all coauthors. Otherwise, their names will not appear in the conference program.

All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Technical Committee.
