Tigers are known for strength and adaptation to different environments around the world from freezing Siberia to the sultry jungles of Southeast Asia.Tigers are fierce and strong. We all need these tiger characteristics for all of 2022.

Like tigers who hunt to survive, we need to see the opportunity around us. Attack new knowledge areas and learn new skills.Make the most of platforms that give us access to expert information from finance to science and technology to human psychology. Let’s be smart and optimistic.

In our own iMBA program in 2021, I have been delighted to see students get back in the classrooms and be together and work on their career goals. It is a new camaraderie, a fellowship of purpose. I could see it in the classrooms for birthday celebrations to holiday themes. Presenting and debating on world-class themes. I can see, they have been looking out for one another.

Much of the world is like the iMBA classrooms. People are ready to get back together. If 2020 was a fog of mystery, 2021 was a year of action – massive testing, sophisticated tracing, targeted quarantines, and monumental vaccinations.

I am very optimistic about the Tiger year. We have learned how to be smart and adaptable. Let the Tiger roar.

值此歲末，我們能感受到活力滿滿的虎年正呼嘯而來。每當(dāng)這個時候，總會不由自主地一遍遍的走進(jìn)未來，又一遍遍的走回過去。剛剛過去的2021年是極不平凡的一年，我們共同慶祝了上海財經(jīng)大學(xué)-美國韋伯斯特大學(xué)合作辦學(xué)MBA項目（即上財iMBA）辦學(xué)25周年。先后以三場高質(zhì)量“新發(fā)展論壇”、iProject首屆商業(yè)實踐課題成果展示、上財名師走進(jìn)長三角系列、iSport奔向下一個四分之一世紀(jì)、慶雙百?對話上財校友等全新面貌向“二十五”周年獻(xiàn)禮。始終秉承“Innovation & Evolution”發(fā)展理念，未來我們?nèi)匀粫延幸馑嫉氖伦兊糜幸饬x，把有意義的事做得有意思。
