Shandong University

Shandong University, or SDU – under the direct jurisdiction of the Ministry of Education – is a key comprehensive university with a long and honorable history, a broad variety of disciplines, strong academic strength and distinctive characteristics, which has had a great influence both at home and abroad. Shandong University has developed by leaps and bounds in recent years. SDU boasts 26 State-level research platforms, four key social science research bases approved by the Ministry of Education, 51 ministerial level platforms and more than 150 provincial key laboratories and provincial engineering technology research centers. At present, 18 subjects have been listed in the top one percent of subjects in the Essential Science Indicators (ESI), an index showing the competitiveness of a subject published by the Institute for Scientific Information. In addition, five of the university’s subjects were listed in the top 1‰ in the ESI rankings.SDU has also established cooperation with nearly 200 universities in more than 30 countries or regions.

歷經幾代學人耕耘與付出，山東大學管理學院已經擁有完整的辦學體系、優(yōu)秀的師資隊伍、一流的教學品質、顯著的科研成績。學院目前擁有工商管理、管理科學與工程2個一級學科，設有戰(zhàn)略與創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)、領導力與組織管理、市場營銷學、公司金融、會計學、文化與旅游、項目管理與工業(yè)工程、信息系統(tǒng)與供應鏈管理8個系，并設立山東省公司治理研究中心、山東省經濟管理研究基地、山東省人才發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究院、山東大學旅游產業(yè)研究院等高水平研究機構，形成了貫通“本碩博”一體的多學科交叉人才培養(yǎng)體系。在全國第四輪學科評估中，工商管理學科獲評A-，在國內位居前列。

優(yōu)秀青年科學基金項目（海外）旨在吸引和鼓勵在自然科學、工程技術等方面已取得較好成績的海外優(yōu)秀青年學者（含非華裔外籍人才）回國（來華）工作，自主選擇研究方向開展創(chuàng)新性研究，促進青年科學技術人才的快速成長，培養(yǎng)一批有望進入世界科技前沿的優(yōu)秀學術骨干，為科技強國建設貢獻力量。

The Science Fund Program for Distinguished Young Scholars (Overseas) aims to attract and encourage outstanding young scholars from overseas (including non-Chinese foreign talents) who have made achievements in natural science, engineering and technology to return to China and carry out innovative research in their own choice of research direction, promote the rapid growth of young scientific and technological talents, cultivate a number of outstanding academic backbones who are expected to reach the frontier of science and technology in the world, and contribute to building national strength in science and technology.

# 支持待遇 #

Remuneration and Support

1. 高起點崗位發(fā)展：聘任為事業(yè)編制長聘教授，博士生導師，綠色通道聘任為山東大學杰出中青年學者（第一層次）。

2. 具有競爭力的薪酬：基礎年薪不低于80萬元（全口徑薪酬），綜合收入上不封頂。

3. 充足的科研經費保障：300-700萬元（含國家和省撥經費）。

ApplicationQualifications

1. 遵守中華人民共和國法律法規(guī)，具有良好的科學道德，自覺踐行新時代科學家精神；

2. 出生日期在1982年1月1日（含）以后；

3. 具有博士學位；

4. 研究方向主要為管理、經濟等相關學科；

5. 在2022年4月15日前，一般應在海外高校、科研機構、企業(yè)研發(fā)機構獲得正式教學或者科研職位，且具有連續(xù)36個月以上工作經歷；在海外取得博士學位且業(yè)績特別突出的，可適當放寬工作年限要求；

6. 取得同行專家認可的科研或技術等成果，且具有成為該領域學術帶頭人或杰出人才的發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ?/p>

7. 申請人尚未全職回國（來華）工作，或者2021年1月1日以后回國（來華）工作。獲資助通知后須辭去海外工作或在海外無工作，全職回國（來華）工作不少于3年。

限項要求：

執(zhí)行中央有關部門關于國家科技人才計劃統(tǒng)籌銜接的要求。同層次國家科技人才計劃支持期內只能承擔一項，不能逆層次申請。

Applicants of Science Fund Program for Distinguished Young Scholars (Overseas) should meet the following conditions:

(1) Abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, have good scientific ethics, and consciously practice the spirit of scientists in the new era;

(2) Have a date of birth after January 1, 1982;

(3) Havedoctorate degree;

(4) The research direction is mainly in Management, Economy etc.;

(5) Before April 15, 2022, the applicant should have obtained a formal teaching or research position in an overseas university, scientific research institution, or corporate research and development institution, and have more than 36 months of continuous work experience; for those who have obtained a doctorate degree overseas and have particularly outstanding performance, the limitation of work experience may be appropriately relaxed;

(6) The applicant shall have obtained the achievement of scientific research or technology and other achievements recognized by peer experts, and have the development potential of becoming an academic leader or outstanding talent in related field;

(7) The applicant has not yet returned to work in China (to China) on a full-time basis, or returned (came) to work in China after January1, 2021. The applicant must resign from the overseas work or have no work overseas after being notified of the grant of funding and return (come) to work in China full-time for at least 3 years.

Those who applied for or are undertaking the Science Fund Program for Distinguished Young Scholars in the current year are not allowed to apply for Science Fund Program for Distinguished Young Scholars (Overseas).
