上海交通大學上海高級金融學院（簡稱“高金/SAIF”）金融碩士項目(簡稱“MF”）將于2022年1月15日至1月18日舉辦2022國際青年領(lǐng)袖金融高峰會（2022 International Youth Leadership Finance Summit，簡稱“IYLFS”）。

持續(xù)影響全球的新冠疫情昭示著人類命運共同體與自然的緊密關(guān)系，各地頻發(fā)的極端天氣與氣候變化反復警示著人們可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要意義。世界能源轉(zhuǎn)型來到了關(guān)鍵點，“十四五”規(guī)劃緊密推進著“雙碳”進程，新時代、新環(huán)境促使著全球企業(yè)積極思考應(yīng)如何肩擔責任同時尋找可持續(xù)的商業(yè)發(fā)展動力，賦能人類社會美好未來。為實現(xiàn)這樣的共同愿景，ESG在全球范圍內(nèi)受到了越來越多的關(guān)注。ESG（Environment, Social Responsibility, Corporate Governance) 是一種除財務(wù)信息外，整合環(huán)境、社會、治理多維因素，以衡量企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力與長期價值的理念和實踐方式。

2022年IYLFS邀請全球有志青年學子共同聚焦“探尋ESG多元解決方案，賦能美好未來”，碰撞觀點與創(chuàng)意，實踐商業(yè)及金融知識，展現(xiàn)團隊協(xié)作及領(lǐng)導力。如何理解全球風行的ESG？如何兼顧經(jīng)濟效益與環(huán)保責任，讓ESG在實踐中落地為真正可實行、有價值的解決方案？如何深入鉆研行業(yè)機遇，敏銳解讀政策趨勢與社會議程的變化為企業(yè)找到可持續(xù)發(fā)展創(chuàng)新增長點？躬身入局，我們一起尋找答案。本屆峰會，參賽團隊將選擇最感興趣的賽道并選定一家獨具潛力的公司為其量身制定具有實踐價值的ESG解決方案。

The 2022 International Youth Leadership Finance Summit (IYLFS) will be held virtuallyfrom January 15thto the 18th.IYLFS is a student competition hosted by the Master of Finance (MF) Program of the Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance (SAIF) at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

This year, we will put the spotlight on “Diversified ESG Solutions for a Better Future”. The participating teams will create a real case ESG solution for a chosen company. Together at the 2022 IYLFS, we will explore ESG, practice business and finance in real world cases, and improve your teamwork and leadership. What exactly is ESG, from your perspective? How shall we balance economic effectiveness and environmental responsibilities in real case scenarios? How shall we turn promises into performance and create feasible plans for a company? How shall we dive deep into a particular industry within a short time frame? How shall we thoroughly understand the shifts in political and social priorities to create new opportunities for a company?

IYLFS provides an interactive and learning platform for outstanding undergraduate students and cultivates their leadership, communication, and organizational skills. We strive to connect the best students, from disciplines across the world, and offer them a unique learning experience through business competition and opportunities to exchange ideas with outstanding peers, business leaders, and great scholars.

How to Apply

申請時間： 2021年11月4日至12月2日

申請資格：所有在校本科生，不限專業(yè)，不限年級

我們鼓勵參賽者自行組成4-6人的多元專業(yè)背景隊伍申請參賽，歡迎同學們跨學科尋找各有所長的隊友組成實力強勁的參賽隊伍。請每位參賽者單獨提交申請。

同時，我們也歡迎個人進行申請，如通過初篩，屆時組委會將為報名的個人選手匹配組隊。

Time for application:Nov. 4th to Dec. 2nd, 2021 (GMT +8)

Who can apply:current full-time undergraduate students from all disciplines.

We encouragestudents to form teams of4 to 6 from different disciplines with a combination of skill sets to apply for the IYLFS. Please note that each student should submit one individual application. You are also welcome to apply on your own, and we will help you form a team if selected.

How It Works

1.

注冊報名，提交報名材料，靜候組委會篩選結(jié)果，正式組成參賽隊伍

Sign Up and submit required application materials. Suitable participants will be invited via email by the IYLFS committee. If invited, you can officially confirm and gather a team.

2.

選定案例公司，參賽隊伍將在新能源、新消費、高端制造、新材料等賽道中選定一家公司作為ESG方案的實踐場景，公司業(yè)務(wù)范圍不限。我們鼓勵參賽者發(fā)揮自身所學特長，深入鉆研真正感興趣的行業(yè)，發(fā)現(xiàn)有潛力的公司，展現(xiàn)專業(yè)洞見

Choose a company, as your case, on which you will carry out your ESG solution. The company can be in any industry, such as new energy, consumer retailing, high-end manufacturing, new materials, etc. We encourage participants to be innovative, and to find a company with potential in order to apply your domain knowledge and showcase your insight.

備戰(zhàn)準備，參賽隊伍需要深入研究標的公司的核心業(yè)務(wù)和商業(yè)邏輯，展現(xiàn)自己對ESG的深入理解，從實踐角度為企業(yè)設(shè)計ESG解決方案并有效評估方案的可行性及綜合成本收益

Prepare for the final presentation. Conduct in-depth research on the core business of the chosen company, create a practical ESG solution for the company, assess the effectiveness of the plan, and complete a comprehensive cost benefit analysis.

最終展示，小組云端連線向賽事評委展示自己的ESG案列解決方案，需展現(xiàn)對ESG的洞察理解，實例ESG方案設(shè)計及亮點，方案落地實踐的可行性分析，企業(yè)方對小組ESG實踐方案的綜合評價。云端對話行業(yè)領(lǐng)軍人，向資深教授、專家評委展示的自己的專業(yè)實力及創(chuàng)意思維并接受提問與挑戰(zhàn)。

Final Presentation. Present the final ESG solution case to the judges virtually. The presentation should include your understanding of ESG, your ESG solution and highlights, feasibility analysis of your plan, the company’s comments on your solution.

Due to the ConVid-19 situation, 2021 IYLFS is held virtually. However, the online experience completely exceeds my expectation and the summit is held very well organized, creative and professional. In the 4-day summit, we got the chance to meet excellent peers, implement our learning at school to solve real world finance problems, expand our horizons through brilliant communication. Moreover, we received professional and meaningful ideas and advice from professors and industry experts. Besides, IYLFS is a great opportunity to learn more about SAIF. The professionalism, diversity, internationalism of SAIF completely impressed me in IYLFS.
