2025年4月20日,中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)MBA教育中心組織師生赴內(nèi)蒙古呼和浩特開展系列研學(xué)活動,先后參訪內(nèi)蒙古蒙清農(nóng)業(yè)科技開發(fā)有限責(zé)任公司(以下簡稱“蒙清農(nóng)業(yè)”)和旭陽集團(tuán)呼和浩特園區(qū)。本次活動旨在深化校企合作,讓MBA學(xué)生近距離學(xué)習(xí)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化創(chuàng)新模式與探索期貨套期保值助力化工企業(yè)實(shí)踐。

一、探索蒙清戰(zhàn)略選擇與發(fā)展路徑

蒙清農(nóng)業(yè)是內(nèi)蒙古農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化重點(diǎn)龍頭企業(yè),學(xué)生們與蒙清農(nóng)業(yè)董事長劉俊辰面對面交流,探討鄉(xiāng)村振興大背景下蒙清農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)過兩代人近三十年的探索實(shí)踐,如何根據(jù)外部環(huán)境及自身發(fā)展階段進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略選擇定位和發(fā)展路徑。蒙清農(nóng)業(yè)通過整合農(nóng)業(yè)資源、電商平臺與扶貧政策,形成了一套獨(dú)特的農(nóng)業(yè)、文化、旅游“三位一體”戰(zhàn)略體系。將生產(chǎn)、生活、生態(tài)同步改善,一二三產(chǎn)業(yè)深度融合發(fā)展路徑,構(gòu)建旱地現(xiàn)代化農(nóng)業(yè)的田園綜合體。

交流中,劉俊辰董事長表示,蒙清非常重視人才與團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè),把人才視為企業(yè)的核心能力。同時,也表達(dá)了企業(yè)創(chuàng)始人或掌舵者的認(rèn)知和眼界是企業(yè)發(fā)展的天花板,需要不斷提升認(rèn)知才能確保企業(yè)不斷發(fā)展。

二、期貨套期保值助力化工企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展之路

旭陽集團(tuán)創(chuàng)立于1995年,是集焦炭、化工、新能源、新材料等業(yè)務(wù)板塊協(xié)同發(fā)展的大型企業(yè)集團(tuán),是中國化工企業(yè)50強(qiáng),旭陽集團(tuán)呼和浩特園區(qū)30萬噸/年炭基新材料項(xiàng)目,涵蓋煤焦油深加工、炭黑生產(chǎn)、工業(yè)萘提取、精酚制備、咔唑合成以及預(yù)培陽極等多個子項(xiàng)目,預(yù)計工業(yè)產(chǎn)值15億元。工作人員向MBA學(xué)生介紹了基地建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀及未來發(fā)展規(guī)劃。

本次研學(xué)活動是中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)MBA教育中心“實(shí)踐導(dǎo)向”培養(yǎng)模式的生動體現(xiàn)。未來,中心將繼續(xù)深化校企合作,帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生走進(jìn)更多標(biāo)桿企業(yè),助力國家鄉(xiāng)村振興企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略落地與套期保值風(fēng)險管理在企業(yè)發(fā)揮更好的風(fēng)險管理作用。

On April 20, 2025, the MBA Education Center of China Agricultural University organized teachers and students to go to Hohhot, Inner Mongolia to carry out a series of research and study activities. They successively visited Inner Mongolia Mengqing Agricultural Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Mengqing Agriculture") and the Hohhot Park of Xuyang Group. The purpose of this activity is to deepen the cooperation between universities and enterprises, allowing MBA students to closely learn about the innovative model of agricultural industrialization and explore the practice of using futures hedging to assist chemical enterprises.

I. Exploring Mengqing's Strategic Choices and Development Paths

Mengqing Agriculture is a key leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization in Inner Mongolia. MBA students had a face-to-face communication with Liu Junchen, the Chairman of Mengqing Agriculture, and discussed how, under the background of rural revitalization, after nearly 30 years of exploration and practice by two generations, Mengqing Agriculture carried out strategic choice positioning and development paths according to the external environment and its own development stage. By integrating agricultural resources, e-commerce platforms and poverty alleviation policies, Mengqing Agriculture has formed a unique strategic system of "trinity" of agriculture, culture and tourism. It has synchronized the improvement of production, living and ecological environments, adopted a development path of deep integration of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries, and constructed a pastoral complex of modern dryland agriculture.During the communication, Chairman Liu Junchen shared that Mengqing attaches great importance to talent and team building and regards talent as the core competence of the enterprise. At the same time, he also expressed that the cognition and vision of the enterprise founder or leader are the ceiling of the enterprise's development, and continuous improvement of cognition is needed to ensure the continuous development of the enterprise.

II. The Innovative Development Path of Chemical Enterprises with the Assistance of Futures Hedging

Founded in 1995, Xuyang Group is a large enterprise group with coordinated development of business segments such as coke, chemicals, new energy and new materials. It is one of the top 50 chemical enterprises in China. The 300,000-ton/year carbon-based new material project in the Hohhot Park of Xuyang Group covers multiple sub-projects such as coal tar deep processing, carbon black production, industrial naphthalene extraction, refined phenol preparation, carbazole synthesis and pre-baked anode, with an expected industrial output value of 1.5 billion yuan. The staff introduced the current situation of the base construction and the future development plan to the MBA students.Through hedging, Xuyang Group has realized the transformation from passively coping with price fluctuations to actively managing risks. Its core experience lies in: deep integration of industry and finance, flexible and innovative strategies, and risk coordination throughout the whole chain. As an industry benchmark, its model provides a replicable risk management path for traditional heavy-asset enterprises and sets an example for the futures market to serve the real economy. At the same time, it also provides broader ideas for career transformation for the students of the futures class of China Agricultural University's MBA.

III. Teachers' and Students' Insights: The Collision between Theory and Practice
