馬 力 教授Professor Li MA

馬力教授在華盛頓大學(xué)取得管理學(xué)博士學(xué)位。他的研究專長為跨國談判、沖突管理、參與式管理，特別是在國際情景下。曾在MIT Sloan Management Review, Leadership Quarterly, Human Relations, Journal of Organizational Behavior, 《心理學(xué)報(bào)》, 《管理世界》, 《經(jīng)濟(jì)科學(xué)》, 《管理工程學(xué)報(bào)》等學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表研究成果。

Professor Li MA obtained his Ph.D. from Washington University in St. Louis. He studies negotiation, conflict management, and participative management, especially in international contexts.His publications appear in journals such as MIT Sloan Management Review, Leadership Quarterly, Human Relations, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Management and Organization Review, Journal of International Business Studies, and a number of Chinese academic journals.
