近日，湖南大學工商管理學院2018級南非籍工商管理碩士Suvania Naiker了解到今年是中國共產黨建黨100周年和母校院慶110周年，特意從萬里之遙的南非送來衷心的祝福，祝福中國共產黨輝煌萬年長，祝愿湖南大學工商管理學院百拾譜新篇！

Suvania Naiker和眾多的南非學子一樣，2018年來到中國長沙求學。身處異國他鄉(xiāng)，熱情樂觀的民族基因，使她很快找到了學習和生活的快樂。她在學業(yè)上表現優(yōu)異，還熱衷于參加校外公益類實踐活動，被授予湖南大學工商管理學院“風云學子”稱號。

Suvania Naiker在校期間獲得“風云學子”榮譽稱號

去年新冠疫情期間，Suvania號召60多名在中國求學的醫(yī)學專業(yè)南非籍留學生，依托湖南大學工商管理學院團隊在2019年中國“互聯網+”大學生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)大賽收獲銅獎的“Mecto”線上醫(yī)療APP，為家鄉(xiāng)病人提供醫(yī)療咨詢服務，共享中國戰(zhàn)“疫”經驗。

畢業(yè)后，Suvania成功入選華為南非代表處運營商營銷業(yè)務（CNBG）綜合能力啟動計劃，并榮獲優(yōu)秀實習生的獎項。今年，Suvania連續(xù)獲得華為南非代表處風控實戰(zhàn)演練優(yōu)秀學員和最佳新員工的榮譽。扎實的商學知識和前沿的實踐能力，她身上體現了湖南大學工商管理學院特色留學生培養(yǎng)體系的成功。

自2011年以來，湖南大學工商管理學院國際化工作進入快車道，根據黨中央“一帶一路”倡議、湖南自由貿易試驗區(qū)總體方案戰(zhàn)略，學院結合省內產業(yè)特色、資源優(yōu)勢和“一帶一路”沿線國家地區(qū)經濟社會發(fā)展情況，以當地經濟發(fā)展短板和需求為導向；學院開設本、碩、博學位項目，憑借管理科學、市場營銷、電子商務等一流學科知識，運用金融科技、智慧財會、數據營銷、量化管理等前沿領域知識，采用案例教學和鍛煉創(chuàng)業(yè)實戰(zhàn)。近5年累計為“一帶一路”沿線40多個國家地區(qū)輸送260余位“管通四海、理正乾坤”的全球化一流商科人才，傳播中國特色的商業(yè)智慧和管理理念。
