國際生學費管理規(guī)定

第一條為進一步規(guī)范和完善學院教育收費管理工作，維護學院及國際生的合法權益，根據(jù)學校相關收費管理規(guī)定，結合我院實際情況，制定本規(guī)定。

第二條本規(guī)定所稱“學費”是指商學院MBA教育中心按照學校規(guī)定應當向?qū)W校繳納的學費。

第三條本規(guī)定適用于具有廣東外語外貿(mào)大學商學院MBA教育中心學籍的國際留學生（以下簡稱國際生）。

第四條國際生學費參照大學每年審核通過的MBA在職班的收費標準收取，學費分兩年兩次繳清。收費標準經(jīng)學校批準后有調(diào)整的，按照學校新標準執(zhí)行（具體收費標準見當年國際生招生簡章）。

第五條國際生應在每學期開學后一周內(nèi)繳清本學年學費。憑學費發(fā)票到留學生教育學院購買保險并辦理簽證（老生還需提供MBA中心出具的上個學期出勤表現(xiàn)證明）。未按期繳納學費的學生不得辦理簽證。

第六條全日制國際生學制為2年，在職班國際生學制為3年。國際生如未能在學制之內(nèi)順利畢業(yè)，可申請延期畢業(yè)，但最長不得超過2年。延期畢業(yè)需繳納延期學費，學費標準為商學院MBA教育中心當年應當向?qū)W校繳納的學費。

第七條國際生因特殊原因申請休學的，必須在開學前提交書面申請，經(jīng)MBA教育中心批準的，學費可在復學時延用。開學當日申請則視為已入學，學費不得延用；休學學期若欠費的，復學后應補齊所欠學費，并交齊該學年的學費。

第八條如無特殊情況，所交學費自當學期開學之日起不予退還，在當學期開學前提出申請的可退回80％。

第九條國際生繳納一學年學費后，若在第二學期開學前中途要求退學，必須提出書面申請并經(jīng)MBA中心批準。第一個學期學費不退，第二學期學費退還80％。但我中心將通知我校留學生院，由其通知出入境管理處變更其居留許可或簽證。

第十條根據(jù)有關財務規(guī)定，凡退費者必須交回原始收據(jù)，否則不予辦理退款手續(xù)。

第十一條未按照學院規(guī)定繳清學費的國際生，不予注冊且不予辦理在華簽證；畢業(yè)年級的國際生，不予辦理學位授予工作。

第十二條本規(guī)定自頒布之日起實施，從廣東外語外貿(mào)大學商學院MBA教育中心2016級及以后錄取的國際生開始執(zhí)行。學院其他規(guī)定與本規(guī)定不一致的以本規(guī)定為準。

第十三條本規(guī)定參照《廣東外語外貿(mào)大學留學生教育學院留學生管理規(guī)定》做出進一步規(guī)定，由商學院解釋并執(zhí)行。

Article1AccordingtorelevantprovisionsoftuitionfeemanagementinGDUFSandcombiningwithactualconditionsofourschool,thisProvisionismadetofurtherregulateandimprovethemanagementoftuitionchargeinMBAEducationCenter,SchoolofBusiness,aswellastoprotectthelegalrightofinternationalstudents.

Article2Theterm“TuitionFee”asusedinthisProvisionshallmeanthetuitionthatMBAEducationCenter,SchoolofBusinessshouldpaytoGDUFSaccordingtoprovisionsofGDUFS.

Article3ThisProvisionshouldapplytointernationalstudentswithstudentstatusgrantedbyMBAEducationCenter,SchoolofBusiness,andGDUFS(hereinafterreferredtoas“internationalstudents”).

Article4Thetuitionfeeofinternationalstudentsshouldbechargedreferringtotheapprovedchargingstandardofpart-timeMBA,whichshouldbepaiduptwiceinthefirst2years.Ifthechargingstandardisadjustedwithapprovaloftheuniversity,internationalstudentsshouldconformtothenewstandard(pleaserefertothechargingstandardintheInternationalStudentsEnrollmentGuidelinesoftheyear).

Article5Internationalstudentsshouldpayupalltuitionfeeoftheschoolyearinthefirstweekafterthetermbegins.StudentsgotoInstituteforInternationalEducationtobuyinsuranceandthenapplystudentvisawithtuitioninvoice.Forthekeep-on-studystudents,theyshouldalsoprovidetheattendancecertificateissuedbyMBAEducationCenter.Thosewhodonotpaytuitionontimearenotsupposedtoapplystudentvisa.

Article6Full-timeMBAwouldtake2years,part-timeMBAwouldtake3years.Iftheinternationalstudentscouldnotgraduateduringthelengthofschooling,theycouldapplyforatmost2schoolyears’postponinggraduation.Thestudentsshouldpaytuitionfeeofthedefermentperiod,andthechargingstandardisthetuitionthatMBAEducationCenter,SchoolofBusinessshouldpaytoGDUFSaccordingtoprovisionsofGDUFS.

Article7Internationalstudentswhoapplyforsuspensionofschoolingduetospecialreasonshavetosubmitwrittenapplicationformbeforeschoolbegins.WiththeapprovalofMBAEducationCenter,internationalstudentscouldcontinuetousetheirtuitionfeewhentheyarebacktoschool.Ifthestudentsaskforthatonthedatetheschoolbegins,theywillbeviewedashavingbeenenrolledandcouldnotcontinuetousetheirtuitionfeewhenbacktoschool;iftheyhavearrearageoftuitionfeeduringthesuspensionofschooling,theyneedtopaythetuitionfeeoftheschoolyearandthearrearageoftuitionfeewhenbacktoschool.

Article8Exceptinspecialcircumstances,thereisnorefundoftuitionfeewhenthetermbegins.Internationalstudentscouldget80%ofthetuitionfeebackiftheysubmitapplicationformbeforethetermbegins.

Article9Ifinternationalstudentsapplyfordroppingoutbeforethesecondtermbeginsafterpayingtuitionfeeofthefirstschoolyear,theyneedtosubmitwrittenapplicationandgetapprovalfromMBAEducationCenter.Thereisnorefundoftuitionfeeofthefirstterm,andthestudentscangetback80%ofthetuitionfeeofthesecondterm.Thus,MBAEducationCenterwillimmediatelyinformInstituteforInternationalEducation,GDUFS,whichhasrighttonoticetheMigrationOfficetochangeresidencepermitorstudentvisaoftheabovedropout.

Article10Accordingtorelevantfinancialregulations,internationalstudentswhorequestarefundmustreturnoriginalreceipt,ortheycouldnotgetit.

Article11Internationalstudentswhodonotpayuptuitionfeeaccordingtotheuniversityrulesarenotallowedtoregisterandapplystudentvisa;degreegrantingissuesofthestudentsingraduateclasswillnotbesubmittedtoAcademicDegreeEvaluationCommitteeofGDUFS.

Article12ThisProvisionwillbeimplementedwhenitisissuedanditstargetgroupsarethoseforeignstudentsadmittedbyMBAEducationCenter,SchoolofBusiness,GDUFS,from2016andthereafter.IfanypreviousprovisionsoftheschoolconflictwiththisProvision,thisprovisionshallprevail.

Article13ThisProvisionisbasedontheProvisionforStudentsManagementofInternationalStudentsinInstituteforInternationalEducation,GDUFS.SchoolofBusinessisresponsibleforinterpretingandimplementingthisProvision.
