As FMBA FT+ programme at Fanhai International School of Finance, Fudan University (FISF) are designed for passionate, self-driven young talents and inspire them to embark on a successful career in finance as soon as they graduate. “我不會說中文，通過FMBA,開啟了在中國的金融職業(yè)生涯”
出生于法國的Victor很早就有到中國上海工作的打算，但是不會說中文使得他屢屢碰壁，甚至高盛集團上海辦公室的負(fù)責(zé)人建議他可以把求職方向移向中國香港，因為在香港，他不會因為語言障礙而影響面試表現(xiàn)。但是不服輸?shù)腣ictor不希望因為自己的劣勢而不得不選擇另外一個地區(qū)，因此綜合考量后，他來到了復(fù)旦大學(xué)泛海國際金融學(xué)院學(xué)習(xí)FMBA FT＋課程，因為在這里，嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)恼n程不僅可以提升他的金融儲備知識，和中國本地學(xué)生在一起也可以沉浸式提高他的中文。
Victorhas already had the opportunity to interview for Goldman Sachs andPimco in Shanghai and although his profile and experience matched their desired criteria, it was his knowledge of the Chinese language that was lacking at the time. He was advised by the director of the Goldman Sachs Shanghai office that he should go to China’sHong Kong where the language barrier would not be an issue. Buthisgoal in the next two years is to be fluent in mandarin and being in an English-speaking environment like Hong Kong would be counterproductive to his aspirations.Victor said: “I want to continue my professional life and education in Shanghai and getting an MBA and a Chinese language degree like the HSK or HKK will help me reach these goals.”
當(dāng)他加入復(fù)旦大學(xué)泛海國際金融學(xué)院這個大家庭時，新的機會出現(xiàn)了。復(fù)旦泛海國金為了讓學(xué)生們互相了解并提前為入學(xué)做好準(zhǔn)備，因此在開學(xué)前會定期組織班會，在班會中也會邀請金融行業(yè)大咖分享他們對熱點問題的見解。而在一次班會討論中，來自某國際投資集團的分享嘉賓對Victor的發(fā)言內(nèi)容表達(dá)了興趣，最終在職業(yè)發(fā)展中心的協(xié)助下，Victor向心儀的崗位發(fā)送了簡歷，在兩輪面試后，成功拿到該公司實習(xí)分析師的工作offer，開啟了他在上海金融行業(yè)的職業(yè)之旅。
Victorstarted his career journey in Shanghai when he attended the class meetingofFMBA FT+. The regular Class Meetings before the semester start are designed as an inclusive and professional way for the perspective students to meet classmates across the programme to build inter relationships. At the same time, school will invite financial professionals to each class meetings to share their opinions and discuss with students on different financial topics. Victor surprised one of the guest speakers and with the support of Professional Development Center, he sent his curriculum vitae, and successfully get the offer forAnalystIntern after two round of interviews.同學(xué)分享

職業(yè)發(fā)展之路，不會是孤軍奮戰(zhàn)
加入復(fù)旦泛海國金之后，黃同學(xué)就決定將二級買方的研究作為他未來的職業(yè)發(fā)展方向，因此職業(yè)發(fā)展中心的老師在接收到這個信號后，就開始協(xié)助黃同學(xué)為未來的職業(yè)發(fā)展做準(zhǔn)備。據(jù)黃同學(xué)回憶，他最享受的就是職業(yè)發(fā)展中心定期組織的頂級顧問經(jīng)驗分享活動，因為在這些活動中，頂級顧問們會分享他們的咨詢經(jīng)驗、工作中遇到的有趣故事以及寶貴的面試技巧。而一切的付出都有回報，他成功獲得了國泰君安研究所的一份實習(xí)工作。
Shortly after starting the programme, Mr. Huang decided on buyer at security secondary market as a career choice. Professional Development Center plays an important role in the process of launch a career in this industry. Mr. Huang thoroughly enjoyed meeting top consultants at events organized by the PDC, where they generously shared with students their experience with consulting, intriguing stories encountered during work and invaluable interview tips.目前，黃同學(xué)已經(jīng)結(jié)束了第一段實習(xí)，并在為第二段實習(xí)全力沖刺，而在接下來的11月，黃同學(xué)對復(fù)旦泛海國金的職業(yè)導(dǎo)師計劃也充滿期待。導(dǎo)師計劃中的行業(yè)導(dǎo)師們都是資深金融行業(yè)從業(yè)者，通過言傳身授，分享人生經(jīng)驗與智慧，協(xié)助學(xué)院共同培養(yǎng)德才兼?zhèn)涞膰H化金融人才。同學(xué)們可以根據(jù)自己的就業(yè)方向選擇適合自己的行業(yè)導(dǎo)師，并在未來一年的時間里，與導(dǎo)師共同努力達(dá)成職業(yè)目標(biāo)。
Mr. Huang has completed his first internship and now preparing for his next opportunity. But he told us, the most exciting part at FMBA FT+ is the Career Mentor Programme provided by PDC. Mentors come from a range of top firms spanning various industries, so students are able to select someone that is the closest aligned to their area of interest.Mr. Huang told us ”The FMBA program in FISF provides rigorous and systematic training in finance and industry practice, inviting seniors lectures, seminars and events to impart knowledge and insights, and putting together a large pool of talents from all industries, where I can frequently exchange with classmates and alumni and build strong friendships with those of shared visions.”

曾經(jīng)的英語老師，未來的金融人才
Tim在大學(xué)畢業(yè)后，在父母與朋友的鼓勵下，在學(xué)校附近找到了一份金融相關(guān)的工作。隨著對金融行業(yè)的了解加深，也被中國巨大的市場所吸引，Tim決定來到中國，做更具挑戰(zhàn)和全球化的工作。而在中國，他的第一份工作卻是從幼兒園老師。
Following Tim’s undergraduate education, he looked for a finance-based job in the area near his university as many of his friends and parents had encouraged. This was good for a while but he felt he wanted to do something more challenging and global than refinance mortgages, so he decided to come to China. Teaching in a kindergarten has become great experience.Even though when Tim arrived in Hangzhou he had no teaching experience and had never worked in a bilingual environment but he quickly grew to enjoy the job.
在中國的這段時間，Tim看到了大量的商業(yè)機會，他開始思考如何抓住這些機會，于是他申請了復(fù)旦泛海國金的FMBA FT+。成為復(fù)旦泛海國金的一員后，職業(yè)發(fā)展中心的老師就開始為Tim定制他的職業(yè)發(fā)展之路。除了1對1的職業(yè)規(guī)劃，職業(yè)發(fā)展中心的老師們也會幫助Tim深入了解中國金融業(yè)及其生態(tài)。但Tim沒有想到，開啟他職業(yè)發(fā)展第一個篇章的則是他曾經(jīng)沒有那么關(guān)注的L.I.T.E.課程。在L.I.T.E.課程中，Tim獲得機會參加了“plug and play” ，在這個項目中他有機會了解智能技術(shù)行業(yè)的1000個實時平臺。并且如果一切順利，他將獲得美國硅谷辦事處與投資組合初創(chuàng)公司的實習(xí)機會。Tim相信，在復(fù)旦泛海國金的學(xué)習(xí)之旅將有助于他實現(xiàn)，在商業(yè)社會中取得成功這一雄心壯志。
Tim realized there is massive business growth opportunity in South East Asian and African markets, which he sees China as perfectly positioned to capitalize on over the next decade. That’s why Tim applied the FMBA FT+ programme.Now the staff from Professional Development Center not provide one-on-one consultation and bespoke advice, but also help him to gain insights into the finance industry in China, learn about its unwritten rules and how to survive and succeed. But Tim was unexpected got his first opportunity to convert his career into finance when he was selected to participate “plug and play” in the unique LIVE learning Project, as where he will review 1000 real time decks in the smart tech industry and if everything goes smoothly, he will get the internship from US Silicon Valley Office with portfolio startups.
Tim believes, “I believe Fanhai International School of Finance, Fudan University would be an invaluable part of myjourney to realize this ambition by equipping myself with the knowledge and skills of an FMBA but also by building a network of business contacts.”

復(fù)旦泛海國金的職業(yè)發(fā)展中心創(chuàng)新發(fā)展金字塔型職業(yè)發(fā)展輔導(dǎo)體系，將構(gòu)建一個由職業(yè)指導(dǎo)咨詢顧問、已畢業(yè)的復(fù)旦校友顧問,以及國內(nèi)外金融行業(yè)高管精英組成的職業(yè)導(dǎo)師咨詢體系，這一全方位咨詢體系與學(xué)生擴展體驗式學(xué)習(xí)課程將貫穿FISF學(xué)員兩年的在校學(xué)習(xí)生活，幫助學(xué)生深入學(xué)習(xí)探索金融行業(yè)運行規(guī)律，為學(xué)生順利融入金融社會奠定夯實基礎(chǔ)。
PDC provides a range of services and are delivered from admission to graduation. Students would gain insights into the finance industry, learn about its unwritten rules and how to survive and succeed. Students would also benefit from the wealth of experience of our career advisors, Fudan alumni and senior industry executives serving as career mentors. Together, they form the Center’s ‘support pyramid’.
