2em;">第五章 錄取規(guī)則</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>第十七條</strong> 錄取工作在教育部、中國民用航空局的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，由各省級招委會統(tǒng)一組織進行。</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>第十八條</strong> 學校根據(jù)生源省份的招生計劃數(shù)，結(jié)合生源分布情況，與省級招生考試機構(gòu)協(xié)商確定調(diào)閱考生檔案的要求。按照平行志愿投檔的批次，調(diào)檔比例原則上控制在105%以內(nèi)。按照順序志愿投檔的批次，學校調(diào)閱考生檔案的比例原則上控制在120%以內(nèi)。其它類型招生調(diào)閱檔規(guī)則按教育部相關(guān)政策規(guī)定執(zhí)行。</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>第十九條</strong> 我校除飛行技術(shù)專業(yè)外，按照教育部及各省級招生考試機構(gòu)確定的增加分數(shù)或降低分數(shù)投檔的考生，在錄取和安排專業(yè)時以投檔成績（含政策性加分）為準。</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>第二十條</strong> 按照順序志愿投檔的批次,在第一志愿考生生源不足的情況下，將按照考生投檔成績由高到低擇優(yōu)錄取非第一志愿考生，直至完成該批次招生計劃。若符合條件的非第一志愿考生生源仍不足，將征集志愿。按照平行志愿投檔的批次，未完成的計劃也將征集志愿。征集志愿仍不足，則將該批次剩余計劃調(diào)劑到其他生源質(zhì)量好的省份完成招生計劃。</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>第二十一條</strong> 對擬錄取普通類考生的專業(yè)安排，在思想政治品德考核和體檢均合格的前提下，根據(jù)考生高考投檔成績，按照分數(shù)優(yōu)先的原則錄取，即從高分到低分依據(jù)考生專業(yè)志愿順序逐一分配專業(yè)，不設(shè)專業(yè)志愿級差。高考投檔成績完全相同的情況下，理工類考生依次比較數(shù)學、外語成績高者優(yōu)先錄取，文史類考生依次比較語文、外語成績高者優(yōu)先錄取。</p> <p style="line-height: 2em;">飛行技術(shù)專業(yè)錄取規(guī)則按照中國民用航空局當年確定的錄取標準，在合格名單內(nèi)以高考文化成績從高分到低分順序錄取。其中天津市、河北省、山東省的考生錄取采取合并送培單位全部生源進行排序，按照高考文化成績（不包括政策性加分）從高分到低分順序錄取，高考文化成績相同時按照外語成績從高分到低分順序錄取，招生計劃錄滿為止。</p> <p style="line-height: 2em;">工商管理、會計學、財務(wù)管理、物流管理、經(jīng)濟與金融等五個專業(yè)合并按照工商管理類錄取。</p> <p style="line-height: 2em;">民航企事業(yè)單位定向生須符合學校定向?qū)I(yè)錄取要求，并按省級教育考試機構(gòu)的報考要求填報定向志愿。學校將在省級教育考試機構(gòu)劃定的分數(shù)線上，從已投檔考生中按高考投檔成績從高到低擇優(yōu)錄取。學校定向就業(yè)招生計劃在調(diào)檔分數(shù)線上不能完成時，可在學校調(diào)檔分數(shù)線下10分以內(nèi)、同批錄取控制分數(shù)線以上根據(jù)考生定向志愿擇優(yōu)錄取，最終錄取規(guī)則須以教育部及相關(guān)省份招生考試機構(gòu)文件精神及要求為準；被錄取的定向考生在入學報到前，須按規(guī)定與相關(guān)定向單位簽訂定向就業(yè)協(xié)議書，若無故拒簽協(xié)議，視為考生自動放棄錄取，按教育部相關(guān)規(guī)定取消其入學資格。</p> <p style="line-height: 2em;">高水平運動隊，空中乘務(wù)專業(yè)、民航空中安全保衛(wèi)專業(yè)按當年相應(yīng)的招生簡章確定的錄取辦法及錄取政策執(zhí)行。</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>第二十二條</strong> 對于進檔考生，其所填報的專業(yè)志愿都無法滿足時，若服從專業(yè)調(diào)劑，根據(jù)考生投檔成績從高到低在招生計劃尚未完成且符合專業(yè)錄取要求的范圍內(nèi)安排專業(yè)，否則作退檔處理。</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>第二十三條</strong> 對于實施高考綜合改革的省份，我校按相應(yīng)省級招生考試機構(gòu)確定的投檔錄取政策執(zhí)行。對于上海市生源，進檔考生在同分情況下的專業(yè)分配規(guī)則為依次比較該專業(yè)規(guī)定選考科目成績之和；語、數(shù)、外成績之和；數(shù)、外成績之和；數(shù)學成績；成績高者優(yōu)先錄取。</p> <p style="line-height: 2em;">對于江蘇省考生，學業(yè)水平測試要求：兩門選測科目等級要求為BB及以上，必測科目及技術(shù)均合格。進檔考生按照投檔分由高到低錄取，當考生投檔分相同時，專業(yè)志愿順序靠前的考生優(yōu)先錄取，當考生專業(yè)志愿順序也相同時，則數(shù)學、語文、外語三門成績（含附加分）總分高的考生優(yōu)先錄取，再相同時，依次按照數(shù)學、語文、外語單科（含附加分）成績由高到低錄取。</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>第二十四條</strong> 中國民航大學中歐航空工程師學院是經(jīng)教育部批準的中外合作辦學機構(gòu)，是我校系統(tǒng)引進法國精英工程師培養(yǎng)模式和法國航空工程師培養(yǎng)的優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源開展的“精英教育”，主要以“工科試驗班”為招生專業(yè)名稱，從部分省市直接招生，培養(yǎng)分為“預(yù)科”和“工程師”兩個階段，學歷層次相當于國內(nèi)的本科+碩士。要求報考的考生數(shù)學、外語單科成績優(yōu)異，高考投檔成績須超過當?shù)匾槐揪€或自主招生最低控制線規(guī)定分數(shù)。各地具體規(guī)定分數(shù)：海南140分；內(nèi)蒙古、新疆120分；黑龍江、陜西110分；河北105分；貴州、云南100分；遼寧95分；廣西、甘肅、天津90分；河南85分；福建、山東、重慶、吉林80分；湖南、安徽、四川75分；山西、江西、湖北70分；上海65分；浙江25分；江蘇20分。已報到的優(yōu)秀理工類本科新生入校后還有機會參加中歐航空工程師學院組織的校內(nèi)選拔，具體選拔辦法將在我校招生網(wǎng)站公布。</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>第二十五條</strong> 根據(jù)各?。ㄊ小⒆灾螀^(qū)）投檔考生專業(yè)志愿填報情況，學校有權(quán)與省級招生考試機構(gòu)協(xié)商調(diào)整各專業(yè)招生計劃。在生源不足的省份，學校有權(quán)與省級招生考試機構(gòu)協(xié)商撤回該省部分招生計劃。尤其是飛行技術(shù)、空中乘務(wù)、民航空中安全保衛(wèi)等專業(yè)，涉及到航空公司定向培養(yǎng)，招生計劃需根據(jù)生源情況在全國范圍內(nèi)調(diào)配，需各省級招生考試機構(gòu)支持、配合。</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>第二十六條</strong> 學校鼓勵優(yōu)秀學生報考。對于進入各?。ㄊ小⒆灾螀^(qū)）高考成績排序前1%的考生錄取到我校（以省級招生考試機構(gòu)核實的信息為準），入學后可申請免除四年學費; 文科前2%、理科前4%的考生, 可申請新生獎學金2000元（不含前1%學生）。</p> <p style="line-height: 2em;">學校實施“藍天學子計劃”，選拔資助優(yōu)秀學生出國交流、游學和留學深造。</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>第二十七條</strong> 我校是中國民用航空局直屬的培養(yǎng)高級工程技術(shù)和管理人才的高等學校，對民航企事業(yè)單位有特別需求的專業(yè)，對于錄取到我校的普通類型本科考生，在滿足學校相關(guān)條件的前提下，可調(diào)整其專業(yè)。若滿足下列條件者，學校在第一學期提供一次免試轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè)的機會，只要學生符合申請專業(yè)的錄取要求便可轉(zhuǎn)入該專業(yè)學習。</p> <p style="line-height: 2em;">北京、上海、江蘇、廣東等民航企事業(yè)單位和人才需求集中省份考生，高考成績位于我校在該省份本科批次錄取人數(shù)的前10%。</p> <p style="line-height: 2em;">浙江省考生高考投檔成績超該省一段分數(shù)線50分（含）以上，或高考成績中選考科目成績達到單科100分、或雙科97分、或三科94分以上（含）。</p> <p style="line-height: 2em;">其他省份考生高考投檔成績超該省一本線90分以上（含）（按750分滿分計）。對于本科批次合并省份，一本線標準按該省份公布的當年高考自主招生最低控制線執(zhí)行。</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>第二十八條</strong> 入學通知書由學校招生辦公室按學生檔案中的地址郵寄。錄取結(jié)果將在學校招生網(wǎng)站上公布。</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;">第六章 收費標準、獎助學金及其他</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>第二十九條</strong> 學校按照天津市發(fā)展和改革委員會、天津市財政局、天津市教育委員會批準的學費標準收費。本科每年學費5200-5800元；空中乘務(wù)、民航空中安全保衛(wèi)專業(yè)每年學費10000元，其余高職專業(yè)每年5500元。住宿費：4人間，每生每學年1200元； 6人間，每生每學年800元。以上收費標準如有調(diào)整，以最終價格主管部門批準的文件執(zhí)行。</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>第三十條</strong> 學生可根據(jù)自己的實際情況申請國家助學*。學校指定專門部門負責學生*申請。學生可憑本人有效證件和鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)或街道以上民政部門提供的家庭經(jīng)濟困難證明申請辦理。</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>第三十一條</strong> 學生在校學習期間經(jīng)過評選可獲得各類優(yōu)秀學生獎學金。學校設(shè)有校內(nèi)獎學金；政府部門出資在我校設(shè)立的國家獎學金、國家勵志獎學金、天津市人民政府獎學金、民航局長獎學金等；國內(nèi)外民航企事業(yè)單位設(shè)立了各類獎學金20余項。每項獎學金的額度每年在1500元至15000元之間，獎學金覆蓋達50%的學生。</p> <p style="line-height: 2em;">按定向招生計劃錄取的學生享有企業(yè)設(shè)立的定向獎學金（用于交納學生學費、住宿費）。</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>第三十二條</strong> 學校設(shè)有勤工助學崗位，用以資助困難學生；政府部門和國內(nèi)外民航企事業(yè)單位出資在我校設(shè)立了各類助學金10余項。助學金100%覆蓋家庭經(jīng)濟困難學生。學校承諾不讓一個學生因家庭經(jīng)濟困難而失學。</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>第三十三條</strong> 新生持錄取通知書和學校規(guī)定的有關(guān)證件，按期到校辦理入學手續(xù)，無論何種原因不能按期入學者，應(yīng)提前向?qū)W校招生辦公室請假，對未經(jīng)學校同意逾期不報到的學生，視為自行放棄入學資格。</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>第三十四條</strong> 新生入學后，學校嚴格按照國家招生政策規(guī)定和學籍管理規(guī)定開展新生入學資格復(fù)查。不符合招生體檢條件者，由學校根據(jù)具體情況進行處理。凡徇私舞弊者一律取消入學資格。</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>第三十五條</strong> 2em;"><strong>第三十六條</strong> 學校不委托任何中介機構(gòu)或個人進行招生錄取工作，不收取國家規(guī)定外的任何費用。凡以我校名義進行非法招生宣傳等活動的中介機構(gòu)或個人，我校保留依法追究其責任的權(quán)利。</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>第三十七條</strong> 本章程自發(fā)布之日起生效。學校以往有關(guān)招生工作的規(guī)定、簡章等與本章程相沖突時，以本章程為準。</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>第三十八條</strong> 本章程由中國民航大學招生辦公室負責解釋。</p>
